Terms of service

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using ShopByJLC, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

ShopByJLC is a profitability-tracking SaaS for shops, workshops, and hybrid businesses. We provide dashboards, KPIs, and an AI coach. Specific features and limits depend on your plan.

When you pick a plan, we collect a payment method up front and grant a 21-day free trial. We will not charge you during the trial. On day 21, we automatically bill the recurring monthly fee unless you cancel before then.

After the trial, plans renew monthly. Prices are in EUR (taxes excluded) unless noted. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

We don't generally refund partial months, but if something is clearly wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.

Don't use ShopByJLC to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt the service. Don't share your account, and keep your credentials safe.

ShopByJLC is provided "as is". KPI insights and AI coach replies are guidance, not financial advice — important business decisions should be cross-checked. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect.
